1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at store-alnassr.com and the rules for processing orders placed through it.

1.3. store-alnassr.com conducts distribution activities, providing Customers access to a wide range of products offered by external suppliers without the need for the Store to stock them.
1.4. Products offered on the store’s website are shipped directly from foreign supplier warehouses to Customers. By placing an order, the Customer becomes the importer of the goods and is responsible for customs formalities and import taxes, in accordance with applicable regulations, unless the supplier uses the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) system, where VAT is included in the product price. The Store does not make customs declarations nor acts as the Customer’s representative.
1.5. The sale of goods by the Store is not subject to VAT; the place of taxation is the country of origin of the goods, in accordance with applicable tax regulations, unless the supplier uses the IOSS system. In such a case, VAT is included in the product price and remitted by the supplier to the appropriate tax authority in the EU. The Store informs the Customer before placing the order, in a visible place on the website (e.g., in the shopping cart), whether the price includes VAT under IOSS or if the Customer is responsible for VAT and any customs duties at the customs office.
1.6. The Store cooperates with foreign suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill orders.
1.7. The Store reserves the right to limit the availability of its offer for certain customer groups or regions, and the Customer will be informed before placing an order.
2. Order Fulfillment
2.1. Products available on the store’s website are offered based on cooperation with foreign suppliers.
2.2. After the Customer places an order and makes full payment, the Store forwards the order to the appropriate supplier, who prepares the product and ships it directly to the Customer. Orders not paid within 3 business days may be canceled by the Store.
2.3. The order processing time by the Store is up to 7 business days, starting from the day after payment is received. The final delivery time depends on the supplier and the Customer’s location and may range from 4 to 45 business days, which the Customer accepts by placing an order.
2.4. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, logistics, customs clearance, force majeure, or incorrect address information provided by the Customer.
2.5. In case of a delivery delay exceeding 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund, provided that a written request is sent to alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com within 7 days after this period.
3. Purchase of Goods
3.1. By placing an order, the Customer enters into a sales contract with store-alnassr.com under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The Store may refuse to process an order in case of:

Pricing or description errors

Unavailability from the supplier

Suspected violation of the Terms and Conditions
3.3. Product prices:

Include VAT if the supplier uses IOSS

Do not include VAT or customs duties if IOSS is not used
This information is displayed before placing the order.
3.4. Price changes do not apply to orders already paid.
4. Store Liability
4.1. The Store makes every effort to ensure that product information is up to date.
4.2. The Store is not responsible for changes in availability resulting from supplier actions.
4.3. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by logistics operators or the Customer.
4.4. The Store is not responsible for the quality of supplier products but assists in the complaint process according to GPSR.
5. Customer Data and Privacy Policy
5.1. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR solely for order fulfillment purposes.
5.2. Data may be shared with suppliers, logistics partners, and payment operators — the Customer accepts this by placing an order.
5.3. Details are available in the Privacy Policy on the store’s website.
6. Product Safety (GPSR)
6.1. Products comply with safety requirements and carry the CE marking if required.
6.2. If a product is hazardous, the Store notifies Customers via e-mail about the return procedure.
6.3. Safety reports should be sent to alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com – response within 24 hours.
6.4. Customers must use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Complaints and Returns
7.1. Customers have the right to file complaints under statutory warranty.
7.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com no later than 2 years from delivery.
7.3. The complaint must include:

7.4. Complaints are processed within 5 days, and in exceptional cases up to 30 days.
7.5. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 5 days of receiving the goods. Details are available in the Return Policy on store-alnassr.com.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Store may change the Terms and Conditions — the new version applies from the date of publication.
8.2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
8.3. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Store’s registered office, unless regulations provide otherwise.
