Shipping policy
1. Data Shop
1.1. The store is operated by:

2. Order Fulfillment
2.1. The store allows the purchase of products that are shipped directly from foreign supplier warehouses to Customers.
2.2. Orders are forwarded to the supplier within a maximum of 7 business days after full payment has been received. Orders not paid within 3 business days may be canceled by the Store.
2.3. The total delivery time ranges from 4 to 45 business days, depending on the Customer’s location, the supplier, and factors such as customs clearance, shipping delays, or force majeure. By placing an order, the Customer accepts this delivery time.
2.4. In case of a delay exceeding 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier, the Customer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund by sending a written notice to alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com within 7 days after this period.
2.5. The Customer, as the importer of the goods, is responsible for customs formalities and taxes (e.g., VAT, duties), unless the supplier uses the IOSS system, where VAT is included in the price. Information about costs and VAT settlement is provided before placing the order in a visible location (e.g., shopping cart).
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. Shipping costs are provided during the order process and depend on:

the selected shipping method.
3.2. The Store may offer promotions, including free shipping, which the Customer will be informed about on the website during the order process.
3.3. In the case of a product return, the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the Store explicitly states otherwise in an individual case.
4. Shipping Information
4.1. Once the order is forwarded to the supplier, the Customer will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, if available.
4.2. The Store makes every effort to inform the Customer about the estimated delivery time in case of delays, based on information received from the supplier.
4.3. The Customer is obligated to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier and the Store within 48 hours of receiving the package at alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com.
5. Delivery Responsibility
5.1. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, logistics partners, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond its control.
5.2. The Store is not responsible for damage to products during transport but will assist the Customer in filing a claim with the carrier or supplier according to regulations, including GPSR.
5.3. In the event of a lost shipment, the Store will take steps to resolve the situation, offering either a refund or a replacement shipment at the Store’s discretion.
6. Product Safety (GPSR)
6.1. Products offered in the Store meet the safety requirements specified in the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and carry the CE marking, if required.
6.2. If a safety risk is identified, the product will be withdrawn from the market, and Customers will be informed of the return procedure – details are provided in the Return Policy.
6.3. Product safety concerns should be reported to alnassrstoreeu@gmail.com. The Store responds within 24 hours.
